Amazing team at JDay plumbing. I cannot recommend them more. Josh and Roger are the best plumbers we have met, honest, profession, clean and reasonably priced. Josh accepted my request for a free quote (no call out) to investigate our burst pipe (main water supply between supplier and our home) on short notice. Roger arrived as planned (we have not met another tradie this punctual) and spent an hr investigating the issue. He was hands on, digging up the ground to trace the pipe (we had forest in our frontyard) and went up the roof (no clearance under the house) to understand the piping system. They walked me through the issue, explained their approach and provided a reasonable, definitive quote. The first thing they prioritised was to get water running to the house again (other plumbers did not have the same level of care and definitely did not approached it this way). After we had water up and running, Josh made sure to work with me until we arrived at a solution and price that was satisfactory – this meant coming up with the best solution that was both robust and simplified. They completed the job, cleaned up and patched back the area on time and to quality. We cannot be happier and highly recommend their services. Thanks JDay Team! –
